Teaching during a pandemic has impacted all of us in many ways.

Teachers are indispensable to their learning communities, however, they are vulnerable to being intensely affected and possibly damaged by their work. The COVID-19 crisis has intensified this impact on some of our colleagues more than others.

Safely responding to the COVID-19 pandemic has often meant dramatic changes in teaching practice and daily routines. Additionally, teachers are regularly being directed to do work outside the scope of their professional teaching practice. Many things have changed during the COVID-19 pandemic, however, collective agreement entitlements have not.
