Robotics and simple Robot platforms have made their way into many of our classrooms. Controlling these new additions to our spaces can be intimidating and confusing when faced with the seemingly endless list of Programming Language options. This session will focus on several of the available languages and their associated software tools. Such Robotic Programming Languages as Python, Scratch, Labview, Java, C, C++ and Blockly will be discussed, as well as their associated Robot platforms. This session will target teachers new to programming but teachers currently engaged in Robot programming can still benefit from the discussion and shared resources.
